Check-in and Check-out:
You may use your room on arrival day from 2.00 p.m.
We'll ask you to leave the room on departure-day at 11.00 a.m.

We refer to the General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Reglements.
this means: Cancellations are free within 3 months before arrival.
Within 3 months before arrival we do not charge any cancellation fee.
Between 3 months and 1 month before arrival we will charge you with 40 % of the booked arrangement
Between 1 month and 1 week before arrival we will charge you with 70 % of the booked arrangement
A Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival will be charged with 90 % of the booked arrangement.
To save money we would recommend to take out a hotel cancellation policy with our partner.

.... pets are not welcome in every hotel. We are animal-friendly, so please feel free to bring your pets with you.
